You can attach a copy of another document confirming your identity, such as your Tribal ID, or other forms listed on the Secretary of State's page at sosmt gov/elections/vote VOTE Place the signed form and any ID copies into the pre-printed, post age-paid envelope and seal. 3. 4. Drop the evelope into the mail. That's it! VOTE Voter registration must be revieved by October 5. After this date, you'll need to register to vote in-person, known as late registation.
