NorthWestern Energy will be completing an operations study as part of the ongoing Federal Energy Regulatory Relicensing Process. During the operations study the reservoir will fluctuate up to 2.5 ft. from full, NorthWestern Energy staff and agency partners will be monitoring and observing environmental and project resources during the study. The operations study will be done in three phases. Each phase will last for seven days with two-week breaks between each phase.
