The Assembler & Technician positions quality for a hiring bonus package that includes a one-time $3,600 housing subsidy in addition to a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Assemblers - R2118371 Performs a variety of routine electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting and repair. Adjusts, aligns and performs "go/no-go" tests using fixtures or non-diagnostic electronic testing devices. Requires skills to wire, assemble, test, troubleshoot/calibrate equipment and subassemblies. HS/GED required. Engineering Technicians - R2118554 Performs routine to moderately complex electro-mechanical technical functions and activities (design, test, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting & assembly) of electronics and E/M systems. May test and troubleshoot system and companent level programs and perform new system installs and field upgrades. AS degree preferred. Plumbing Manufacturing Technicians - R2118364 Utilizes routine work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts and wire lists, written and/or verbal instruc- tions to build, repair and/or test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies and components. Performs electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting and repair. Identifies and corrects errors. AS degree. Electrical Manufacturing Technicians - R2118369 Performs electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting and repair. Identifies and corrects errors. Utilizes test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and/or vacuum pumps to test assemblies, subassemblies and components. May perform computer programming, repair or software. Inspects. parts for defects, troubleshoots and improves processes and details finished work. AS degree. Mechanical Manufacturing Technicians - R2118370 Utilizes routine work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts and wire lists, written and/or verbal instruc- tions to build, repair and/or test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies and components. Performs electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting and repair. Identifies and corrects errors. AS degree. The Welder & Machinist positions quality for a hiring bonus package that includes a one-time $3,600 housing subsidy in addition to a $1,400 sign-on bonus. Welders - R2115440 Experienced welders needed with the capacity of operating TIG, MIG and Oxy Acetylene welding equipment and common shop tools such as grinders, sanders and hydraulic straightening equipment. Advanced capabilities in using shop measuring and cutting equipment are required, as is proficiency in fabricating miscellaneous welded assemblies and frame assemblies. Requires problem-solving good judgment and team skills. HS/GED. Machinists - R2110576 Must be able to safely operate a CNC Mill or CNC Lathe: perform moderately complex operations in producing prototype parts, production parts, modifications and repairs to existing parts and assemblies. May also fabricate parts from steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastics and other non-metals. Must be able to use standard machine shop equipment, such as surface grinders, drill presses, grinders, sanders, band saws, rotary table and/or standard band and power tools. AS degree preferred. All of these positions require strong organizational, attention to detail and team skills. Must be self-motivated and able to maintain a secure, safe, clean and healthy work environment.
