Mission Valley Power Operations Manual Update Effective October 1, 2019 Mission Valley Power (MVP) is announcing the implementation of the updated Operations Manual. Effective October 1, 2019 all changes will be permanently set in place. The federal regulations governing the operation of the utility are con tained within Title 25, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 175. This Operations Manual provides additional information regarding service policies, practices, and procedures that govern service provided by Mission Valley Power. Sections that have been added are: Re-Supply Fine, service modifications, LED lighting, service reclassification, Kiosk locations, credit rating, Do Not Call List, Transfer of Disconnected Services, Senior and Disable fee Waiver increase credit, and Automatic Payment withdraw dates.
