Plains Family Medicine, located at the main hospital campus in Plains, MT provides primary, pre/post delivery obstetrical and specialty care services to the residents of Plains and the surrounding communities. Laboratory and radiologic, imaging, and rehabilitation services are available from the hospital since we are located in the same building.
