NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The TOWN OF PLAINS will hold a public Hearing on Tuesday, July 1, 2019, at 6:30 pm in the Council Room at Plains City Hall, 101 W Lynch St. for the pur- pose of obtaining public comments re- garding raising the base rate for sewer by $5.00. Comments may be given orally at the hearing or submitted in writing before 6:30 pm on July 1, 2019.
