NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The TOWN OF PLAINS will hold a public Hearing on MONDAY, JULY 22nd, 2019, at 6:30 pm in the Council Room at Plains City Hall, 101 W Lynch St. for the purpose of obtaining public comments regarding raising the base rate for sewer by $5.00. Comments may be given orally at the hearting or submitted in writing before 6:00 pm on JULY 22nd, 2019.
