NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY BUDGET HEARING The preliminary budget for the Town of Plains fiscal year 19-20 has been completed and is on file and open to inspection at the office of the Town Clerk A budget hearing will be held Monday, August 5, 2019 at 6:30PM at City Hall. Any taxpayer in the town may appear and be heard for or against any part of the budget. Written comments wil be accepted until adoption of the final budget.
