REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES The TOWN OF PLAINS in Sanders County is soliciting proposals from engineering firms for updating the Preliminary Engineering Report for its Wastewater Facilities project. The Town will require assistance with revisions and updates to the 2017 PER, environmental analysis, funding coordination, land acquisition, and associated project management tasks to perform as the technical representative on the Wastewater Facilities project for the Town Responses to this RFP should include The firm's legal name, address and telephone number The principal(s) of the firm and their experience and qualifications; The experience and qualifications of the staff to be assigned to the project; Include at least three (3) references; A description of the firm's current work activities and how these would be coordinated with the project as well as the firm's anticipated availability during the term of the project A list of experience working in similar sized communities involving Public Water and Sewer Systems (include a contact telephone number) 2. 3. 4. 5. Respondents will be evaluated according to the following factors Overall quality of the proposal; Proximity of the location of the engineering firm to the project area: 209% Prior experience of assigned staff with similar projects Engineering firm's work experience with the Town Availability of staff to be assigned to this project: References 10% 30% 20 % 10% 10% The Town shall select the engineering firm based on an evaluation of the written proposals or may select several finalists to be interviewed. The Award will be made to the firm whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the Town.
