MINERAL COUNTY IS NOW HIRING Maintenance Director DEPARTMENT: Facility Maintenance Director, responsible for supervision of one part-time employee. ACCOUNTABLE TO: Mineral County Commissioners SUMMARY OF WORK: Responsible for but not limited to the cleaning, general repair and maintenance of the Courthouse, Law Enforcement Center, Library Building and Health Depart- ment for the County. HOURS: Up to 40 Hours Per Week and On Call STARTING PAY: $14.00 per hour / DOE Benefits Include: Paid Health Insurance Retirement Paid Life Insurance Sick & Annual Paid Time Off Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidate will be required to possess a low-pressure boilers license within six (6) months of hire and must pass a background check. This position requires knowledge in building construction; plumbing, painting, electrical, concrete and carpentry skills; and the use of various machinery.
