NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Mineral County, Montana will conduct public hearings for the purpose of considering the final budget for fiscal year 2021-2022 (FY22); setting FY22 County mill levies; the proposed use of statutory levy authority for the County's health insurance plan, sheriff retirement levy and special districts which include the St. Regis Lighting District, St. Regis Park and West End Lighting District. The budget will be placed on file and open to public inspection in the Clerk and Recorders office, Mineral County Courthouse on August 26, 2021. The Board of County Commissioners of Mineral County will meet on Friday, August 20, 2021 at 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, August 27, 2021 at 9:00 to 9:30 a.m. in the Commissioners' Board Room, Mineral County Courthouse. Any taxpayer may appear at said meeting and provide testimony either for or against any part of final budget or mill levies. Final adoption of the fiscal year 2021-2022 budget shall take place on August 27, 2021.
