INVITATION FOR BID This year Mineral County Road Department will be accepting sanding Bids can be mailed to Mineral County Courthouse, PO Box 550, Superior, MT material bids. 59872 or delivered to Jason McLees at the Road Department or Kasey Feasel, The bid will be for the purchase of 3500 cubic yards of sanding material that has been screened though a 5/8-inch screen. This material will be hauled off site by Mineral County Road Department. This material must be screened and stockpiled no later than September 13, 2019. The haul 300 River Street at the Courthouse. Within seven days of bid opening, winning bidder must provide proof of the following: Liability insurance Work comp Contractor I.D. # MSHA # distance will also be calculated into the decision at a rate of 5 mpg at current fuel cost. This bid must be sealed Mineral County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
