Invitation for bid The Mineral County Road Department will be accepting bids to perform road work on Cooperative Roads with the Ninemile Ranger District. 2021 Trout Creek Road Resurfacing Bid packages may be picked up beginning on April 28th, 2021 from the Clerk and Recorder's Office and must be returned no later than May 6th, 2021 by 4:00pm. Bids will be opened May7th, 2021 at 11:00am in the commissioner's room of the Mineral County Courthouse. Please return sealed bids individually for each project, and mark your sealed bid "2021 Trout Creek Road Resurfacing" Bids can be mailed to Mineral County Courthouse, PO Box 550, Superior, MT 59872 or delivered to the Clerk and Recorders office, 300 River Street at the Courthouse. After the bid opening, winning bidder must provide proof of the following: 1. Liability insurance 2. Work comp 3. Contractor I.D. # 4. MSHA # Mineral County reserves the right reject any or all bids.
