NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Mineral County, Montana has completed the preliminary budget proposals for fiscal year 2023-2024 and will conduct public hearings on said budget. The proposed budget also contains the proposed use of the statutory permissive medical levy, permissive retirement levy and special districts which include the St. Regis Lighting District, St. Regis Park and West End Lighting District. The preliminary budget will be placed on file August 17, 2023, in the Clerk and Recorder's office, Mineral County Courthouse for public review. The Board of County Commissioners of Mineral County will commence the hearings on Friday July 14, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Commissioners' Board Room, Mineral County Courthouse, and any taxpayer may appear at said meeting and provide testimony either for or against any part of proposed preliminary budget.
