Sanders County Attorney's Office prosecutes for the Sheriff's Office, City Police, the Fish Wildlife and Parks Wardens, Montana Highway Patrol, the Brand Inspector, the Department of Transportation, and others. The County attorney is prevented by law from giving legal advice to private citizens on civil matters. She earned her Juris Doctor of Law at Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, MN. Naomi has previously worked as a Public Defender for over 10 years representing Defendants in both misdemeanors and felonies. Naomi has extensive experience with real estate transactions, corporations, estate planning, landlord/ tenant, contract law & civil litigation. Naomi has also filed and won cases in the Montana Supreme Court. Naomi previously served as the City Attorney for the City of Thompson Falls handling criminal prosecutions and civil matters for the city.
