NOTICE OF ELECTRONIC VOTING SYSTEM PERFORMANCE TESTING AND CERTIFICATION (MCA 13-17-212) The Sanders County Elections Administrator will publicly test and certify the May 3, 2022 School and Special District Elections electronic voting systems and ascertain that the Elections Systems and Software (ES&S) Model DS850 optical scan tabulator and the ES&S Express Vote (Voter Assist Terminal) will accurately tabulate or mark votes for all ballot offices during a test open to the public at 2:30 P.M.. on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at the Sanders County Courthouse in the Clerk and Recorder/ Elections Office. The above voting systems will be on display at the Sanders County Courthouse Elections Office. Any voter will be shown how to cast a ballot on the above voting system upon request.
