Notice of Preliminary Budget Hearing The preliminary budget for the Town of Plains fiscal year 21-22 has been completed and is on file and open to inspection at the office of the Town Clerk. A budget hearing will be held Thursday, July 29, 2021 at 6:00 pm at City Hall. Any taxpayer in the town may appear and be heard for or against any part of the budget. Written comments will be accepted until adoption of the final budget. The governing body will meet July 29, 2021 at 6:30 pm for the purpose of approving the preliminary budget and making appropriations. The Final Budget is scheduled for approval on September 7, 2021 at 7pm at the regular Council Meeting.
