Notice of Preliminary Budget Hearing The preliminary budget for the Town of Plains fiscal year 22-23 has been completed and is on file and open to inspection at the office of the Town Clerk. A budget hearing will be held Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 4:00 pm at City Hall. Any taxpayer in the town may appear and be heard for or against any part of the budget. Written comments will be accepted until adoption of the final budget. The governing body will meet August 18, 2022 at 4:30 pm for the purpose of approving the preliminary budget and making appropriations.
