NOTICE OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING The State of Montana has issued HB355, which is giving grant money to towns for improvements. A hearing will be held Monday, March 4th, 6:30 p.m. at Plains City Hall to discuss different project ideas. Any resident in the town of Plains may appear and be heard for or against any part of the project. Written comments will be accepted until a final decision is made.
